Weddings look a little different these days. And they are all kinds of wonderful!
Many couples have been able to embrace the idea of re-imagining how their day looks, the need to do things their way and the need to do them a little differently. Weddings can be small and intimate and fabulous. They can be on a weekday, in a paddock, a picnic, they can be casual or uber formal. They can take place over a whole weekend with close friends, or be a simple dinner with just the two of you.
Jacquie and Ben had to postpone all of their original plans and wait almost seven months to be able to finally celebrate their gorgeous day. It was quite different to their original plans but perfect in so many ways.
They celebrated in micro fashion at Mount Ophir in Rutherglen. Just 20 guests in an intimate ceremony and dinner under the stars.
Jacquie’s beautiful mum Chris summed it up in her speech…
“This year has been a big fat shit!…
So the great big wedding you two had to forfeit.
We waited and waited to hear the words from Dan..
